What are the main funding schemes and aids available for optimizing your training budget?

Professional training can be funded through various schemes, depending on the beneficiary’s status and the objectives pursued.

Among the main funding and aid levers are:

  • The Personal Training Account (CPF): an individual right allowing every active person to fund all or part of a certifying training throughout their professional life.
  • The National Employment Fund (FNE-Formation): a state scheme designed to support companies in funding training related to job transformation, ecological or digital transition, or employee upskilling.
  • The Validation of Acquired Experience (VAE): a scheme allowing individuals to obtain all or part of a certification based on acquired professional experience.
  • The Skills Operators (OPCOs): approved organizations that support companies, particularly VSEs-SMEs, in the funding and management of their training initiatives.

What is the role of an OPCO?
