THE INITIATIVES WE SUPPORT

Le Camion Douche Association

Le Camion Douche helps the most disadvantaged by offering a free personal hygiene service. We help the association collect essential hygiene products, particularly through our employee relays.

Marie-Louise Foundation

The Marie-Louise Foundation was created in 1983 by parents of adults with multiple disabilities, to offer them a structure adapted to their needs. We are proud to support the Foundation through skills-based sponsorship.

UNAPEI Brioche Operation

Each year, UNAPEI, a national associative movement working in the field of disability, organizes a Brioche Operation to raise funds. We support the cause by offering our employees the opportunity to purchase brioches.

WE WORK FOR GENDER EQUALITY

The Gender Equality Index measures the effectiveness of policies implemented by the company regarding professional equality.

This index is based on 4 criteria. It assigns a score for each criterion and adds them up to achieve an overall score out of 100.

For NOOUS, these criteria are distributed as follows:

  • Pay gap between women and men: 31
  • Gap in individual increase rates between women and men: 35
  • Percentage of female employees who received a raise upon returning from maternity leave: 15
  • Number of employees of the underrepresented gender (women or men) among the 10 highest earners: 10

In 2025, NOOUS therefore achieved a score of 91/100 and we are doing everything possible to improve every day.
