Le Camion Douche Association
Le Camion Douche helps the most disadvantaged by offering a free personal hygiene service. We help the association collect essential hygiene products, particularly through our employee relays.
Marie-Louise Foundation
The Marie-Louise Foundation was created in 1983 by parents of adults with multiple disabilities, to offer them a structure adapted to their needs. We are proud to support the Foundation through skills-based sponsorship.
UNAPEI Brioche Operation
Each year, UNAPEI, a national associative movement working in the field of disability, organizes a Brioche Operation to raise funds. We support the cause by offering our employees the opportunity to purchase brioches.
Le Camion Douche Association

WE WORK FOR GENDER EQUALITY
The Gender Equality Index measures the effectiveness of policies implemented by the company regarding professional equality.
This index is based on 5 criteria:
- Pay gap between women and men
- Gap in individual salary increase rates between women and men
- Proportion of female employees receiving a raise upon returning from maternity leave
- Number of employees of the underrepresented gender (women or men) among the 10 highest remunerations
It assigns a score for each criterion and sums them to reach an overall score out of 100.
In 2021, NOOUS achieved a score of 80/100, and we are committed to continuous daily improvement.
