It is distinguished by:

Must a corporate university be Qualiopi certified?
The Qualiopi certification is not mandatory to carry out training activities.
However, it becomes essential when the organization — including a corporate university — wishes to benefit from public or pooled funding (OPCO, CPF, France Travail, State, Regions, etc.).
Even when not required, Qualiopi certification is a guarantee of quality and structuring of the training process.
It promotes the recognition of the system and its compliance with national standards.
How much time should be allocated to prepare for the Qualiopi audit?
The preparation time depends on several factors:
- The scope of activity to be certified (training, VAE, apprenticeship, skills assessment).
- The size and complexity of the structure (number of sites, use of subcontracting, revenue).
On average:
- An organization with a single type of activity and limited activity volume can expect 1 to 2 months of preparation.
- A multi-site or multi-category organization will need to anticipate 3 to 6 months.

How to support my clients in mobilizing funding for their training?
- Verify Qualiopi certification, essential to make actions eligible for public or pooled funding.
- Identify the company’s affiliated OPCO via the official database:
https://quel-est-mon-opco.francecompetences.fr - Analyze training needs and align them with available schemes (skills development plan, CPF, Pro-A, etc.).
- Compile a compliant file according to the funder’s criteria, with the required supporting documents.
This approach ensures consistency between the training project and the available funding schemes.
How to make my training offer eligible for CPF?
- Be Qualiopi certified.
- Offer a certifying training program, registered with the RNCP (National Directory of Professional Certifications) or the Specific Directory (RS).
- The skills assessments, VAE support, or driving license training can also be eligible under certain conditions.
- Be authorized by the certifying body to deliver the targeted certification.
