Il a donc besoin de distiller son contenu de fa\u00e7on progressive en \u00e9tant attentif \u00e0 ce qui \u00e9merge dans le groupe\u00a0: l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat ou non, le questionnement, l\u2019\u00e9nergie\u2026 Si \u00ab\u00a0la mayonnaise ne prend pas\u00a0\u00bb, ce n\u2019est ni la faute du formateur ou des apprenants\u00a0; c\u2019est l\u2019indication que la synergie entre diff\u00e9rents v\u00e9cus doit-\u00eatre r\u00e9ajust\u00e9e. Transmettre c\u2019est prendre le risque de cr\u00e9er un bouleversement parfois n\u00e9cessaire pour qu\u2019une personne change de comportement. Chaque individu est un myst\u00e8re \u00e0 accueillir et c\u2019est un cadeau pour le formateur d\u2019observer comment chacun r\u00e9agit \u00e0 ce qu\u2019il offre. Le formateur gagne en exp\u00e9rience. Cela est encore plus vrai dans les formations en d\u00e9veloppement personnel et leadership o\u00f9 les \u00e9motions jouent un r\u00f4le important dans la transformation d\u2019une personne.
