Stress, Burn-out, Troubles, Harc\u00e8lement, Pression, D\u00e9pression, Suicides\u2026 Les RPS englobent tout ce qui peut faire MAL ! LES RPS : DE QUOI PARLE-T-ON ?<\/h2>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00a0\u00bb4.1&Prime;]<\/p>\n<p>Si les RPS existaient bien avant la crise actuelle, ils sont mis sur le devant de l&rsquo;affiche depuis quelques semaines, et vous qui fredonniez \u00ab\u00a0Je vais bien, tout va bien\u00a0\u00bb,\u00a0 vous n&rsquo;en \u00eates plus trop s\u00fbr\u2026<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Est-ce que v\u00e9ritablement vous allez bien ? Est-ce que v\u00e9ritablement vos salari\u00e9s vont bien ? Oui car c&rsquo;est quand m\u00eame mieux quand c&rsquo;est eux qui le disent\u2026<\/li>\n<li>Et puis s&rsquo;ils vont mal c&rsquo;est de la faute \u00e0 qui ?<\/li>\n<li>Et vous en tant que dirigeant, est-ce votre faute si ce monde part en vrille ? Si Maurice n&rsquo;a plus envie de venir bosser en pr\u00e9sentiel ? Si Martine g\u00e8re mieux la pression dans son salon ? Parce que sans \u00e7a\u2026 il n&rsquo;y a rien : pas de commerce, pas de clients, pas de CA, pas de structure tout simplement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>C&rsquo;est votre premi\u00e8re responsabilit\u00e9 avant tout.\u00a0<\/strong>Et comme on dit\u2026. Qui va dire qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;accorde pas d&rsquo;importance \u00e0 ses salari\u00e9s ? On est bien d\u2019accord, PERSONNE.
