Mais le co\u00fbt total c\u00f4t\u00e9 entreprise ne se limite ni au salaire de l\u2019apprenti, ni au NPEC vers\u00e9 au CFA par l\u2019OPCO : il inclut aussi le <strong>temps d\u2019accompagnement interne (tutorat)<\/strong>, des <strong>\u00e9quipements<\/strong>, parfois des <strong>formations compl\u00e9mentaires<\/strong>, et d\u00e9sormais une <strong>participation obligatoire<\/strong> sur certains niveaux de formation.
