D\u2019ici cette date, elles doivent publier leur <strong>index \u00e9galit\u00e9 homme\/femme<\/strong> sur leur site internet et transmettre les r\u00e9sultats au <strong>minist\u00e8re du Travail<\/strong> et au <strong>CSE<\/strong>. Ce dispositif d&rsquo;<strong>activit\u00e9 partielle longue dur\u00e9e (APLD)<\/strong> sera disponible du <strong>1er mars 2025<\/strong> au <strong>28 f\u00e9vrier 2026<\/strong>. Il permet aux entreprises de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019une <strong>prise en charge partielle des salaires<\/strong>, avec un reste \u00e0 charge de <strong>15 % pour l&#8217;employeur<\/strong>. En contrepartie, l\u2019entreprise doit s\u2019engager \u00e0 former ses collaborateurs.
