D\u00e8s lors, si l\u2019effectif n\u2019est pas atteint pendant un mois, le d\u00e9compte de 12 mois red\u00e9marre. De la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re, le CSE dispara\u00eet si l\u2019effectif descend en dessous de 11 salari\u00e9s au cours des 12 mois qui pr\u00e9c\u00e8dent le renouvellement.
