Preuve, s\u2019il en fallait, que ce nouveau mod\u00e8le fonctionne.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 align=\"justify\"><strong><span>Baisse des interactions sociales et op\u00e9ration marketing<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span>On accuse fr\u00e9quemment la semaine de travail de 4 jours d&rsquo;\u00eatre simplement un argument de\u00a0<strong>marketing employeur<\/strong>. Cette perception peut \u00eatre fond\u00e9e lorsque la mise en place se fait de mani\u00e8re h\u00e2tive ou inappropri\u00e9e.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span><strong><em>MAIS\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>: Pour que cela fonctionne, il faut une culture d\u2019entreprise qui offre de la flexibilit\u00e9, qui responsabilise et autonomise. Je pense aussi qu\u2019il faut que le collectif soit soud\u00e9. Effectivement, on peut craindre qu\u2019en rognant sur les temps de pause, on diminue les \u00e9changes informels.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong><span>Risque inflationniste\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span>Car lorsque l\u2019on travaille sur les usines, en 3*8, cela veut dire recruter davantage ou revoir l\u2019organisation du travail en \u00e9quipe.\u00a0Mettre en place la semaine de 4 jours a donc un impact sur toute la cha\u00eene, et ce n\u2019est pas si simple.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span><strong><em>MAIS\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>: \u00ab On peut\u00a0<strong>obtenir des gains de productivit\u00e9 en travaillant moins.<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb. Dans certaines entreprises, depuis la mise en place de la semaine de 4 jours, le taux d\u2019absent\u00e9isme a \u00e9t\u00e9 divis\u00e9 par 4, avec une capacit\u00e9 de recrutement qui a explos\u00e9 avec une hausse de 50 % du nombre de candidatures sur certains m\u00e9tiers. C\u2019est donc vraiment une initiative gagnant-gagnant qui permet d\u2019avoir des co\u00fbts stables.\u00a0\u00a0<em>\u00ab\u00a0Travailler moins ne signifie pas \u00eatre moins productif. Faut-il un jour commun ch\u00f4m\u00e9 ? Quels sont les retours d\u2019exp\u00e9riences ?\u00a0<em>(en plus cela vous fera un bon argumentaire pour la communication interne.)\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong>R\u00e9alisez une \u00e9tude de faisabilit\u00e9 et anticipez les cons\u00e9quences.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span>Est-il vraiment possible que l\u2019entreprise travaille 4 jours\u00a0<strong>sans risque<\/strong>? Faut-il assurer une continuit\u00e9 de service op\u00e9rationnelle et commerciale, et rester joignable 5 jours sur 7 ? Quel sera l\u2019impact sur les d\u00e9lais de production ?\u00a0 C\u2019est aussi \u00e0 ce moment que l\u2019on se penche sur les obligations l\u00e9gales et r\u00e9glementaires concernant le droit du travail.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong>Pensez collectif\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span>Il est primordial que ce projet\u00a0<strong>implique les collaborateurs \u00e0 tous les niveaux<\/strong>. Cela permettra aussi d\u2019identifier d\u2019\u00e9ventuelles in\u00e9galit\u00e9s au sein de vos services, et r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 comment automatiser des t\u00e2ches chronophages, all\u00e9ger des processus, etc..<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><strong>Accompagnez le changement\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span>Anticipez les\u00a0<strong>questions, formalisez des supports<\/strong>, mettez en place une bo\u00eete \u00e0 outils qui permette de comprendre les modalit\u00e9s, et les cons\u00e9quences li\u00e9es \u00e0 cette semaine de 4 jours.\u00a0 N\u2019oubliez pas le r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 du manager\u00a0<em>(on se souvient de notre NOOUSletter de 2023 \u00e0 ce sujet ^^).<\/em>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li><strong>Ne tirez pas de conclusions h\u00e2tives\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span>Faites des\u00a0<strong>bilans r\u00e9guliers<\/strong>\u00a0sur la satisfaction, la performance, et tous les indicateurs que vous souhaitez suivre. \u00c0 quel rythme r\u00e9aliser ces bilans ? Ils peuvent \u00eatre mensuels au d\u00e9part, puis s\u2019espacer.
