Il doit jouer ce r\u00f4le<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>d\u2019ambassadeur,<span>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>en \u00e9tant amen\u00e9 parfois \u00e0 devoir<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>clarifier les attentes de la direction<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>pour les<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>transmettre<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>\u00e0 leur \u00e9quipe de mani\u00e8re claire et intelligente, assurant ainsi une<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>coh\u00e9rence essentielle<span>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>dans la poursuite des objectifs de l&rsquo;entreprise.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span><strong>2- \u00c9quilibrer le Leadership<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Un autre v\u00e9ritable d\u00e9fi r\u00e9side dans la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>encadrer tout en offrant \u00e0 son \u00e9quipe la latitude<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>n\u00e9cessaire pour s&rsquo;\u00e9panouir. Cela permet de contribuer \u00e0 une meilleure r\u00e9partition des r\u00f4les, \u00e0 une productivit\u00e9 accrue et \u00e0 un environnement de travail plus \u00e9panouissant. Ils doivent donc \u00eatre de bons auditeurs, ouverts aux commentaires et aux questions de leur \u00e9quipe pour s&rsquo;assurer que les attentes sont bien comprises.
