La crise sanitaire remet alors en perspective nombre de nos croyances et de nos attentes.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">C\u2019est cette m\u00eame ann\u00e9e que la QVT fait place \u00e0 la QVCT. De nombreux raccourcis on \u00e9t\u00e9 fait : QVT = bien-\u00eatre collaborateur. Tout comme le 8 Mars, ce n\u2019est pas parce qu\u2019il existe une date dans le calendrier pour renforcer l\u2019importance de la QVCT, que l\u2019on doit se cantonner \u00e0 mettre en place des actions sur cette unique p\u00e9riode .<\/p>\n<p>Si cette d\u00e9marche doit s\u2019animer sur le long cours voici quelques exemples de sujets \u00e0 traiter en profondeur :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>D\u00e9velopper des conditions de travail flexible<\/li>\n<li>Assurer le droit \u00e0 la d\u00e9connexion<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9partir la charge et les responsabilit\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>Donner de la clart\u00e9 et du sens au travail<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9am\u00e9nager les lieux de travail dans une d\u00e9marche de pr\u00e9vention des risques professionnels<\/li>\n<li>Mettre en place des primes variables justes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bien \u00e9videmment, ces actions devront \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9es de concert avec l\u2019ensemble des collaborateurs, des managers. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019int\u00e9grer l\u2019ensemble des parties prenantes de l\u2019entreprise, en organisant des espaces de discussion. Ce n\u2019est d\u00e9sormais plus l\u2019apanage d\u2019un unique responsable d\u2019entreprise : nous sommes tous acteurs du bien-\u00eatre au travail.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, il s\u2019agira de mesurer ces actions, pour mettre en place une d\u00e9marche d\u2019am\u00e9lioration continue, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des indicateurs :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>de sant\u00e9 : taux d\u2019arr\u00eat maladie, maladie professionnelle, accidents, etc<\/li>\n<li>de perception : satisfaction, sentiment d\u2019appartenance, engagement\u2026<\/li>\n<li>de fonctionnement : taux de formation, taux de d\u00e9part&#8230;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>N\u2019oubliez pas \ud83d\udca1 : La QVT et QVTC c\u2019est pas un effet d&rsquo;annonce. La d\u00e9marche doit se construire sur le long terme, et doit r\u00e9\u00e9llement b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9lioration des conditions de travail.
