Les limites que l\u2019on ne VEUT pas ou que l\u2019on ne PEUT pas d\u00e9passer. Vais-je avoir du mal \u00e0 attirer des<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>talents qualifi\u00e9s<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>?<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Quel<span>\u00a0<\/span><span><strong>risque<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>je prends \u00e0<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong><span>ne pas recruter<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>sur ce poste ?<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">A quel point je mets la<span>\u00a0<\/span><span><strong>p\u00e9rennit\u00e9<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>de mon entreprise en jeu ?<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Vais-je cr\u00e9er des<span>\u00a0<\/span><span><strong>iniquit\u00e9s<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2- Travaillez votre marque employeur<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Selon une \u00e9tude Robert Half les<strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>crit\u00e8res professionnels<span>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>sur lesquels les collaborateurs sont le plus exigeants en 2023 sont :\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">L\u2019\u00e9quilibre entre la vie pro et perso (64%)\u00a0<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Le salaire (53%)<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">La flexibilit\u00e9 (43%)\u00a0<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">La qu\u00eate de sens (42%).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\">C\u2019est donc le bon moment pour<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>contrebalancer<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>certaines demandes par d\u2019autres propositions qui pourront faire pencher la balance :\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span>Mettez en avant vos\u00a0<\/span><strong><span>valeurs<\/span><\/strong><span>, les conditions de travail que vous proposez, votre flexibilit\u00e9.<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Donnez du<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>sens<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>au travail que vous proposez : Raison d\u2019\u00eatre, sens dans la mission, possibilit\u00e9 de s\u2019engager sur des missions de m\u00e9c\u00e9nat d\u2019entreprise ?\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3- Anticipez ces demandes\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">S\u2019il est parfois difficile d\u2019attirer un talent, faites en sorte qu\u2019il vienne \u00e0 vous :\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Pensez \u00e0 cr\u00e9er des partenariats avec les<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>\u00e9coles<\/strong>, pour engager stagiaires et apprentis, qui pourront d\u00e9couvrir votre entreprise, et s\u2019int\u00e9grer avant m\u00eame de chercher un emploi.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Communiquez<\/strong>, sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux professionnels, par exemple.
