Pas question !<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Alors voici quelques<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>conseils<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>tout juste sortis du filet pour \u00e9viter d\u2019aller explorer les fonds marins en solitaire.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>1 &#8211; <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Faites le bon choix !<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Prenez le temps d\u2019\u00e9tablir un<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>cahier des charges pr\u00e9cis et exhaustif<span>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>et d\u2019anticiper les cons\u00e9quences sur l\u2019organisation de l\u2019entreprise et son adaptation \u00e0 ce nouveau syst\u00e8me.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>Pensez \u201cStrat\u00e9gie formation\u201d et besoin<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">La mise en place ou le changement d\u2019un SIRH ne se fait pas \u201cpour le plaisir\u201d, mais s\u2019inscrit dans une d\u00e9marche globale, pour<strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>retranscrire la strat\u00e9gie RH de l\u2019entreprise<\/strong>. C\u2019est pourquoi avant de s\u2019outiller, il est primordial d\u2019\u00eatre align\u00e9\u00b7e avec ses besoins, ses objectifs, et sa vision strat\u00e9gique.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Ce point est d\u2019autant plus important lorsque l\u2019entreprise doit faire face \u00e0 des questions de filiales, et de positionnement \u00e0 l\u2019international (et donc trouver un SIRH qui doit convenir \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble du groupe).\u00a0<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Dans tous les cas, il est tr\u00e8s important de se dire que le SIRH<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>ne sera pas l\u00e0 pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 tous les besoins identifi\u00e9s.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">La<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>bonne r\u00e9ponse<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>est de prendre un SIRH qui r\u00e9ponde<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>au maximum de besoin<\/strong>, pour ensuite venir int\u00e9grer des matrices et outils suppl\u00e9mentaires de contr\u00f4le, pour compl\u00e9ter le besoin.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong><span>Notre solution<\/span><\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>: R\u00e9aliser un cahier des charges, comprendre les usages que vous souhaitez faire du logiciel, recueillir des besoins fonctionnels et techniques des diff\u00e9rents m\u00e9tiers concern\u00e9s et les confronter avec les logiciels connus du march\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>Parlez le m\u00eame langage\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Si vous n\u2019avez pas fait option SIRH en seconde langue au coll\u00e8ge<span>\u00a0<\/span><em><span>(claro que s<\/span><\/em>i), sachez que vous n\u2019apprendrez pas \u00e0 la ma\u00eetriser en 48h.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Faites vous accompagner par un<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>sp\u00e9cialiste<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>qui fera<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>office de traducteur <\/strong>et pourra requalifier le besoin en sp\u00e9cifications.
