global_colors_info=\u00a0\u00bb{}\u00a0\u00bb]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La <strong>formation<\/strong> des salari\u00e9s <strong>\u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/strong> est une <strong>obligation de l\u2019employeur<\/strong> bas\u00e9e sur les <strong>articles L4121-1 et suivants<\/strong> du <strong>Code du travail<\/strong>\u202f : \u00ab\u202fL&#8217;employeur prend les mesures n\u00e9cessaires pour assurer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et prot\u00e9ger la sant\u00e9 physique et mentale des travailleurs\u202f\u00bb. Cette obligation prend sa source dans <strong>la loi du 6 d\u00e9cembre 1976<\/strong> relative au d\u00e9veloppement de la pr\u00e9vention des accidents du travail.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019employeur doit notamment mettre en \u0153uvre une <strong>politique de pr\u00e9vention<\/strong> dont l\u2019<strong>objectif<\/strong> est de permettre aux salari\u00e9s de prendre les pr\u00e9cautions n\u00e9cessaires pour pr\u00e9server leur propre s\u00e9curit\u00e9, mais aussi celle des autres employ\u00e9s. Elle concerne principalement les <strong>conditions d\u2019ex\u00e9cution du travail<\/strong>, de <strong>circulation dans l\u2019entreprise<\/strong> et la <strong>conduite \u00e0 tenir en cas d\u2019urgence<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les secondes interviennent lorsque les activit\u00e9s pr\u00e9sentent des <strong>risques particuliers<\/strong>, tels que le risque chimique ou biologique, la radioprotection, le bruit et les vibrations, la manutention de charges, les travaux du b\u00e2timent etc. Certaines formations HSE comprennent des <strong>habilitations du personnel<\/strong> (CACES, habilitations \u00e9lectriques\u2026) qui attestent la <strong>capacit\u00e9 d\u2019un collaborateur \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser ses missions en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #0c7677;\"><em>&#8211;
